You create your PPPoker account inside the app — on your phone (Android or iOS), on Windows or Mac, or through the Steam client — not on a website. Registration is free and takes a couple of minutes; you sign in with the same account on every device. After registering, the app gives you a Player ID, and the next step is joining a private club with a Club ID from a club owner or agent.
I'm Richard Hamilton. Whenever PPPoker ships a new version, I register a fresh test account and walk the whole flow again, because this is exactly where beginners get tripped up. The two mistakes I see most: people assume the account is a club (it isn't — a club is a separate community you join afterwards), and people trust random "PPPoker login" links they find in search or chats. One important fact up front: pppoker.net is an information site, and its public pages show no login form — your account lives in the app, full stop. If you haven't installed it yet, start with our install guides for Android, iOS or PC and Mac.
Before You Register: Account, Club and Agent Are Three Different Things
Thirty seconds of context will save you confusion later, because PPPoker works differently from a classic poker room. Three separate things get involved, and beginners mix them up constantly:
Account (the app). Your PPPoker account is created inside the app and is free. It holds your display name, your Player ID and your login credentials. Nothing else — the app itself takes no money and pays no winnings.
Club (the owner). A club is a private community inside the app, run by an owner, often grouped with other clubs into a union. You join a club using a Club ID, and the club decides what games, stakes and schedules exist.
Agent (the money, outside the app). Agents working for clubs and unions handle deposits, payouts and rakeback — always outside the app, person to person. The app never touches your cash.
Account (app) → Club (owner) → Agent (money, outside app).
One rule before you start: this site is for players 21+, and you should read the app's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy via the official site or store listing. We don't recommend specific clubs or agents anywhere on this site — our clubs guide explains how to evaluate one, and the agents guide covers how the agent model works.
How to Register a PPPoker Account (Step by Step)
Here's where I have to be honest with you: PPPoker publishes no official registration guide, and competing sites describe four different flows — some say login plus password only, some say email or phone plus a verification code, some mention Google or Apple sign-in. We flag what we couldn't verify rather than guess. The steps below follow what the current app shows; each one is marked for our editor to confirm in a live account, and we note the check date once confirmed.
- Install the app from an official source — Google Play, the App Store, the official APK or desktop installer from pppoker.net, or the Steam client. Never from a chat link.
[install screenshot] - Open the app and tap Register.
- Choose your registration method.
- Enter the required details and set a password.
- Enter the verification code if the app sends one by SMS or email.
- Set your display name — this is the name other players see at the table.
- Done — note your Player ID (next section).
My three tips from registering more test accounts than I can count. First, your display name is visible at the table — and some clubs show it publicly — so pick something you're comfortable with. Second, use a password you don't use anywhere else; this account is worth protecting even before money is involved. Third, keep access to whatever phone number or email you registered with, because recovery runs through it.
Two things we deliberately don't suggest: fake data (it only creates recovery problems later) and multiple accounts — one person, one account is the rule, and hitting "max registrations reached" is covered with fixes on the troubleshooting page.
Never share your verification code. Not with an agent, not with "support" in a chat, not with anyone. No legitimate process asks for it.
Your PPPoker Player ID: What It Is and Where to Find It
Your Player ID (sometimes shown as a user ID) is the unique number the app assigns to your account. Clubs ask for it because it's how a club owner or agent finds your account among thousands when you apply to join — think of it as your account's address.
Sharing your Player ID is safe — clubs and support need it routinely. What is never safe to share: your password and any verification code. Don't confuse the three IDs you'll encounter:
| ID | What it is | Safe to share? |
|---|---|---|
| Player ID | Your account's unique number, assigned at registration | Yes — clubs and support ask for it |
| Club ID | Identifies a club, used to join one | Yes — it identifies the club, not you |
| Referral ID | An agent's referral field in some setups | Only with the agent you chose yourself |
How to Log In to PPPoker on Phone, Windows and Steam
One account, every device. Your PPPoker login works the same way wherever you installed the app — and per the Steam listing, the account syncs across devices.
** Phone. Open the app and tap Log in**.
** Windows / Mac.** Launch the desktop client installed from the official source and sign in with the same account. Need the installer? Our PC download page has the official builds.
** Steam.** Install the official PPPoker client from Steam (publisher AceKing Tech Limited) and log in with the same account — progress and identity carry over.
Now the part that matters for your safety: there is no web page where you log in to PPPoker — pppoker.net shows no login form. Any browser page, pop-up or message that asks for your PPPoker password is a phishing attempt. The only places you ever type your PPPoker credentials are the official app and the official Steam client.
Can't Log In? Quick Fixes
Work through this list in order — it solves the vast majority of login problems:
- [ ] Check your connection. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data once; club servers sit far away and a flaky route is the classic culprit.
- [ ] Update the app to the latest version from the official source you originally used. Old builds get locked out after server updates.
- [ ] Confirm you're using the right login method. If you registered with a phone number, a Google sign-in won't open the same account — try each method the app offers before assuming the account is gone.
- [ ] Reset your password via the app's "Forgot password" option.
- [ ] Code not arriving? Wait a minute, re-check the phone number or email you entered, check spam, then request a new code — and never share it with anyone when it lands.
- [ ] Verify the app is official. Check the publisher (PPPOKER / AceKing Tech Limited) matches the store listing you originally installed from. If you installed from a chat link, uninstall and reinstall from an official source.
Still stuck? Contact the developer's support. The replies to reviews in the app stores come from [email protected], and PPPoker's About page lists [email protected] as customer support — include your Player ID (never your password) in the message. We don't recommend VPNs or region workarounds: if a club only accepts players from certain countries, that's the club's rule to follow. Account deletion and persistent errors like "max registrations reached" are covered step by step on the troubleshooting page.
After Registration: Join a Club With a Club ID
Registering gives you an account — not a seat at a table. Cash games live inside private clubs, so here's the bridge (our clubs guide covers evaluation in depth):
- Get a Club ID from a club owner or agent — never from a random comment or chat blast.
- Open the Clubs / Join section in the app.
- Enter the Club ID and send the join request.
- Wait for approval — the owner or agent reviews requests, often within hours.
Before you pay anyone a peso, verify in writing:
- Does the club name and ID in the app match exactly what the owner gave you?
- What are the fees and rake for your stake?
- What rakeback do you get, and when is it paid?
- How do deposits and withdrawals work, and how fast?
Start small, keep chat records, and remember the money rule: deposits, payouts and rakeback are agreed with the club or its agent outside the app — PPPoker itself takes no money and pays no winnings. Details: clubs · agents · rakeback · real money.
Account Security: Protect Your PPPoker Login
Most account theft in club poker isn't hacking — it's people handing over the keys. Five rules, learned from years in club chats:
- Never share your password or verification code — not with agents, not with "support" that DMs you, not with anyone. Ever.
- Install only from official sources — see our download page. Mod APKs are the #1 account-theft route.
- Beware "login helper" or "hack" tools — they don't exist; they're credential harvesters. More on the cheats and hacks page.
- Use a unique password you don't reuse on any other site.
- Verify agents through the club owner, not just a username in a chat — impersonators copy names and photos.
What I've seen personally: fake "PPPoker support" accounts in club chats asking players to "confirm" a code, and cloned login pages circulating as screenshots with a link. If a login page or message asks for your code — stop, and describe it to us through the contact form. A second pair of eyes takes a minute; a stolen account takes much longer.
