What we can help with

Write to us if you want to:

  • Report an error on any page: a wrong fact, a broken figure, an outdated detail.
  • Ask for an update when information on the site no longer matches reality.
  • Request a correction or removal of a mention of your club, union or name. We check such requests against our editorial policy and reply to every one.
  • Ask how we work: how we pick sources, check claims and update guides.
  • Show us a suspicious offer you received: a "hack", a "mod", "free diamonds", an agent with a "guarantee". We will tell you what warning signs to look for. We cannot guarantee an outcome and we do not check payments.
  • Report fake sites that misuse our name or pretend to be us.

What we cannot do

To save you time, here is what is outside our scope:

  • We cannot access, recover, unblock or delete PPPoker accounts. We have no connection to PPPoker and no access to its systems.
  • We do not handle refunds, disputes with agents or clubs, or investigations.
  • We do not give legal, tax or financial advice. We are not lawyers or financial professionals.
  • We do not recommend clubs or agents, do not share Club IDs, and do not help with cheating or bypassing rules.
  • We do not process payments or transfers and never ask you to send money.

Report a mistake or ask for a correction or removal

The more precise your message, the faster we can act. Please include:

  • A link to the page and the exact fragment of text you are referring to.
  • What is wrong, or what exactly you want removed, and how you can confirm it (a source, a screenshot of an official document, a link to the original).
  • Who you are. For removal requests, tell us your role (for example, "club owner" or "player mentioned in the text").

What happens next: we confirm receipt, check the claim against primary sources, and either fix the page, marking it with a new "Last checked" date, or explain why we keep the text as it is. The full process is described in our editorial policy.

When you write to them, include your Player ID, device model, app version, the time the problem happened, a screenshot, and the steps that led to it. It speeds things up.

Important: Do not trust accounts on social media or messengers that offer to "recover" or "unlock" your PPPoker account for a fee. Real support never charges for recovery and never works through DMs.

Stay safe when you contact us (and anyone else)

  • Never send passwords, one-time codes, bank card numbers or ID documents, to us or to anyone. We will never ask for them.
  • Real messages from us come only from [email protected] or as a reply to a message you sent through this form. Everything else is a fake.
